ZoroPrint (zoroprint.com) is based in Romania. Contact: hello@zoroprint.com.

Who sells to you depends on where you paid, and your receipt says which. Orders paid through Paddle.com: Paddle is our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for those orders, and it handles their customer service and returns. Orders paid through Stripe: the seller is ZoroPrint, and Stripe processes the payment.

What you get: a licence to use the ZoroPrint RIP desktop software and the ZoroPrint Studio web app. The Free plan is free forever, on one computer, with 10 print jobs and 10 Studio exports a month. Accounts created before 25 October 2026 keep 30 print jobs a month on Free. The Solo and Shop plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled; the plans and their prices are on the pricing page.

You can cancel at any time by writing to hello@zoroprint.com, or, for orders paid through Paddle, from the link in your Paddle receipt. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

The software is provided as is, without warranty; test on a strip of film before printing a paying job.

You keep every right to the files you print. We never take a commission on your orders.

Reverse-engineering the licence system, sharing a licence beyond the computers your plan allows, reselling the software or bundling it without an OEM agreement is not allowed.
