Questions shops ask
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days with everything unlocked, and no card. You sign up with a ZoroPrint account (your e-mail), and at the end you choose Pro or Team. Your quotes and customers stay.
Do I need the ZoroPrint RIP to send quotes?
No. Quotes work on their own in your ZoroPrint account. With the RIP you also get the real ink cost on each quote and approved jobs going straight to your print queue.
I already use another RIP. Can I still use Quotes?
Yes. Paid jobs go to your RIP’s hot folder as print-ready files, or you download them. Ink cost is then estimated from the artwork instead of counted.
Does my customer need an account?
No. They get a link or a PDF, see the price and the artwork, and accept and pay from there.
Can I quote screen printing, embroidery or vinyl too?
Yes, as line items with your own prices. The automatic sheet pricing and nesting are for DTF.
How do I get paid?
By card or Apple Pay, straight to your Stripe account. You can ask for the full amount or a deposit.
What about VAT and invoices?
Quotes carry your tax rate and turn into an invoice once paid. For EU shops, the VAT number goes on the PDF.
